Invited Talks, Community Presentations, and Service
Shonda L. Goward, Ed.D., works with campuses and organizations that are ready to admit their systems are doing exactly what they were designed to do—and to redesign them on purpose. Her invited talks and workshops focus on student success, equity, and institutional design, helping leaders see the gap between their stated values and their actual outcomes, especially for students who are first‑generation, low‑income, racially minoritized, or otherwise pushed to the margins of higher education.
