I also have published scholarship and have expertise in outcomes assessment, research, grant writing, budget management, and crisis management.

I have developed effective cross institutional and community-based organization relationships to increase student exposure to higher education opportunities.

Finally, I have proven success in increasing retention outcomes for underrepresented students and informing policies in support of inclusion, diversity and equity.
